Over three days, we filmed in two unique locations, the picturesque Port Stephens oyster farm and the renowned Saint Peter restaurant in Sydney.

At the oyster farm, we captured stunning footage of Josh's deep understanding and appreciation of the produce he works with, showcasing his commitment to sustainability and innovative approach to cooking.

At Saint Peter, we were able to showcase the restaurant's unique ambiance and Josh's meticulous attention to detail, creating visually stunning and delicious dishes.

During the shoot, we had the opportunity to feature the Audi e-tron, Audi's first fully electric SUV. As of 2026, Audi will Redefine Progress as they only launch all-electric models onto the global market.

Soon it won't just be the e-tron SUV and its cutting-edge technology and sustainability credentials that align perfectly with Josh's ethos.
